Overview
A single discoloured grain can spoil an entire batch of premium rice or cereal, and no mechanical separator can remove it reliably. The Grain Color Sorter uses a high speed CCD camera to inspect every kernel as it falls through the sorting chamber, and a precisely timed air jet removes the defective grains from the good stream.
The machine feeds grain evenly into a sloped chute where each kernel is presented in a single layer to the optical system. Multiple cameras and background boards, combined with LED illumination, detect yellow, chalky, black and foreign particles in real time, while a fast FPGA controller fires the ejectors within a fraction of a millisecond.
A touch screen interface lets the operator choose from preset sorting modes for rice, wheat, corn, peanut, sesame and many other grains, then fine tune sensitivity and throughput. Because the sorting is non contact and fully automatic, it runs continuously with minimal labour and consistently raises the grade of the finished product.

Applications
The Grain Color Sorter is used in rice mills, flour mills, seed processing plants and food factories to upgrade rice, wheat, corn, barley, soybean, coffee bean, peanut and sesame. It removes discoloured, chalky, spotted and foreign particles, raising the grade of both domestic and export shipments.
Packaging & Quality Assurance
The sorter is shipped in a reinforced plywood case with the optical chamber, chute and ejector manifold protected by shock absorbing foam. Air and power connections are capped and the screen is wrapped separately. A full set of air preparation components, an operation manual and commissioning support are supplied, and the machine carries a twelve month warranty against manufacturing defects.
